{Discovery}

Wonder encourages the evolution of any artists' folio through discovery. From the discovery of things like questions and failures which brings about insight and innovation, to the discovery of purpose and new paradigms which brings about truth and wisdom. Because the truth is that an approach to everyday discovery is thrilling! We get to see things for the first time, all the time. We get to discover things we didn't know existed, and we get to re-discover things we thought were gone.

{When was the last time you saw something for the first time}?

When was the last time you questioned logic? When was the last time you said "I don't know"? Because an approach to everyday discovery cultivates vision from the inside. It’s called insight, and it gives us such clarity and ability in the moment of choice that it illuminates the path to boundryless vision.

 {Boundrylessness

We design, develop and destroy the clutter of tradional thinking so that we can show and share in a proprietary discovery process that unleashes boundrylessness. A discovery process that offers such insight, that we get to see into the world of the wildly important (club level concept). Because we live and play in a world that's so obsessed with speed and luxury goods, that we've de-evolved the very attributes that create them. Attributes like: leadership, imagination, creativity, vision, innovation, insight, purpose... the very attributes that drive victory for the wildly important goals for people, brands & organisations.

With the launch of wonder v2.0, we've literally leaped light years ahead in the discovery process of expansive vision. It's a little piece of genius that unequivocally proves that the virtuous qualities that lead to leadership and everyday innovation is not a function of position nor disposition, it is a function of free will. Light years ahead!

{Failure To Take Risks = Innovation} Discovering

On the Agenda: 1. Destroy the clutter of conventional wisdom. 1.1 Understanding the importance of calculated risk taking in order to truly embrace failure.  2. Cultivating risk taking by rewarding failure and bad news.

{An Approach To Everyday Discovery}

Remember the synergy of a playground? It's a place where kids discover potential, possibility and ability physically, mentally, emotionally and socially. It's a place where kids learn about calculated risk taking and what it means to embrace failure for a shot at glory. It's a place that not only shapes courage and confidence in growth but also the evolution of each little artists' folio. It's a wonderful place for strategic planning and the analysis that goes into the design of creative problem solving. The synergy of a playground is a place where every leap is a leap of faith. It's a boundryless place {download the SP white paper on wonder

SP philosophy on failure is that failure inspires big creativity & growth in people, brands and in organisations; but as the same time, failure is not an option. When this philosophy transcends into practice, homeruns happen. It's with no surprise that the home run kings are also the strike out kings. Anything less than beyond belief, is the ball player that hits singles, doubles & the occasional tripple.
